KANSAS
CITY, MISSOURI is located in the heart
of the nation and is thought to have the second largest
number of fountains, after Rome, Italy. This logo was
chosen specifically by the Mayor at the time of the project,
which happened to be Emanuel Cleaver, II. The logo is
still in use today and is seen everywhere from man-hole
covers, to water bills, to fire trucks.
